Has anyone from India received a R3 interview? If so, could you give you stats and the date/time you received the interview invitation.

I follow the BW blog (via Clear Admit) and this one, and from what I can tell, there have only been 5 announced invites: 3 on this blog: (designstory 3/30, Justniky 4/3 - who is a RD4!, bsyde 4/6, ) and 2 on that blog (Vastephanie 4/7, Dudes 4/1). That's almost one every other day starting 10 days ago. Kinda weird = slow, uneven = not a group at once. I don't know what to make of it, but the fiction writer in my head has all kinds of terrible stories. :) Good luck to all!

I know that everyone is anxious to hear from the Admissions Committee regarding round 3 interview invitations. I wanted to let this group know that invitations are going out, and will continue to go out up until the round 3 decision deadline. In addition, while there are certainly a lot of prospective business school students participating in the various MBA forums, it is important to keep in mind that posts to these forums may not be representative of the entire applicant pool.

Good luck in the coming weeks!

Best,
Lauren

Hi Lauren,

In an earlier post you seemed to indicate that the Admissions committee would consider an updated GMAT score. Earlier I had posted a message to the official admissions message board and the person that responded stated that they wouldn't consider it without moving me from R3 to R4.

Do you know of a way to communicate my new score without moving rounds? Thanks so much for all your advice.

I agree. This wait is painful. Anyone have a guess as to what percentage of invites have gone out for round 3?

Is the attested copy of bachelors degree a requirement at Haas if an applicant is invited for an interview?

We only have to send in an official transcript, not a copy of the actual degree, when invited to interview.

Does anybody know if there is a DAH for R3 admits? Are they able to attend DAH2 (which I believe is only a few days after the R3 notification date).

Thanks!

Answer: Thank you for your question. I just received additional information from the Admissions Committee regarding this topic.

If a candidate is placed on the waitlist, the Admissions Committee will consider new information at that time (e.g., a new GMAT score). Per my earlier post, a new (improved) GMAT score is a great update to send to the Admissions Committee if you are on the waitlist.

Other than that, the Admissions Committee will consider requests to review an updated score, but (1) the GMAT must be taken prior to the subsequent round deadline and (2) the candidate must then request to be moved to that subsequent round in order for the new score to be considered.

I hope that this is helpful!

I'm a round 3 applicant and I received an interview invite a couple hours ago.

Does anyone know what percentage of applicants are interviewed, and, out of that pool, what percentage are given offers? Thanks.

Answer: Round 3 candidates are definitely invited to attend DAH 2. The timing is a bit tight, but round 3 candidates will be given the option to attend. In addition, there is a Day at Haas in June (a full one day event), that we host for all admits that were unable to attend DAH I or DAH II.
