Considering that ROund 2 applicants are still getting their invites, when should a round 3 expect his/her invite?
Any thoughts?

mine went into review within 10 days of submitting...I dont know how to read that - is it we have seen your application ..nothing impressive..we will let you know on the last day that it is a ding...
OR..OR
your application is really appealing...let us look at the other applications before sending you an invitee.. :)

What did the request say? I was asked to mail in my transcript because my scanned transcript was not sufficient. I was however not asked to submit my other school's transcript when I was invited to interview.

It means that once you've been invited to interview, they need an official sealed transcript rather than the scanned one you uploaded for your application.
