Is it possible with profile (GPA bit below 3 + EA 158 + CFA Charter holder) to have a chance for CBS?

I would say possible but not likely. Can you do HBSCore? The charter will help, to offset the GPA because I’m sure that you had to invest some serious study time on that. If you have any interest in Cornell, apply if you get a good score for GRÉ (
Or maybe you’re only applying to EA schools?) because they are really flex about grades. I would make sure to put together a nice optional essay discussing the reasons your GPA is low and Point to other reasons they might feel you’re going to be a more serious student now.

Also if you can apply for January batch meaning you don’t need an internship do that the odds are much better

Are you referring to the employment verification? For me, it tells me "Re Vera Status: Complete" on the admitted students portal.

I was waitlisted in March and spoke with the waitlist manager. It’s not an interview. She asked me a few questions regarding my employment status and plans.
