Can all of you give me any guidance? Is it possible with profile (GPA bit below 3 + EA 158 + CFA Charter holder) to have a chance for CBS?

Just replied I would say possible but not likely. Can you do HBSCore? The charter will help, to offset the GPA because I’m sure that you had to invest some serious study time on that. If you have any interest in Cornell, apply if you get a good score for GRÉ ( Or maybe you’re only applying to EA schools?) because they are really flex about grades. I would make sure to put together a nice optional essay discussing the reasons your GPA is low and Point to other reasons they might feel you’re going to be a more serious student now. Also if you can apply for January batch meaning you don’t need an internship do that the odds are much better Mildly concerned about your screen name here given the name of our founder for this website lol
