Has anyone from the R1 or R2 WL been accepted or denied? Has anyone pulled out?

I'm on the WL and Cornell remains my top choice. Would be nice to know recent movements on the WL. Thx!

I just looked at my status and it says currently under review. I scrolled down and nothing. Looked in the Johnson School Message Center and there is nothing.

For some reason I thought the decisions were supposed to be posted tomorrow. I didn't even expect anything so now I'm kinda anxious. Haha!

The same case as mine! I guess this is just because too many applicants in this round for the adcom, they just simply can not handle and finish all in time ...

Ding here for me. I would love to know what is going on in that Cornell Admissions Office. It seems so weird how long it took for interview invites to go out and now so many people still don't know their result. It also seems like this round has been really quiet in general. I wonder if there was fewer applications or a crazy onslaught of them. Has anyone heard how this year is shaping up in terms of application volume and caliber?

a current student told me that the caliber has been bumped up within the smaller applicant class.
