I just got an email from JGSM with the subject line "MBA Interview Invite" but then the message was completely blank except for a signature block - like there was supposed to be an HTML message or something (you know how they like their formatted emails) but it didn't embed. I emailed her back to see if she will resend it, but has this happened to anyone else? Hoping this means I'm invited but with no other info (status hasn't changed on the app website) worried it's a glitch :?

I'm a Round 3-er, app went under review Feb 10.

Congrats! Did you make sure the images are displayed in the email? There should be a display images option on your email.

Thanks! No images to display (that was my thought too...), but I'm hoping this is in fact good news and she won't mind resending...

I have a pretty generic profile. 700 GMAT, 5 WE, solid extra-curricular, great undergrad school, technical/engineering background.

I know it is pretty stressful waiting for an interview invitation, but it looks like the AdCom just started sending them out? Don't fret yet, I am wishing you luck! :-D

I'm trying to make it - just invited this week. Was checking for hotel options though and the selection isn't looking good. Anyone have any suggestions? Best Western near campus, downtown hotels are all sold out.

Another RD3 applicant here. Submitted on 1/12 and the status still shows submitted. Email the adcom yesterday asking when to expect and update and she told be "By March 23rd" :(

I stayed at the Holiday Inn and managed to get my room with king bed for $59/night from www.hotwire.com a few weeks ago.

Has anyone admitted in Round 2 receive an admissions packet from Cornell yet? I've been trying to reach the admissions committee since Monday but no response at all from them through both email and telephone.

They probably haven't sent out the packets (your packet) yet? I don't know what the plan for R2 is but somewhere they said there were a few R2 apps they hadn't gotten to yet.

I got my R1 Fedex notice the day after the decision notification via email.
