If you’re gonna do an mba, do it at UNC, Columbia, nyu, or Emory, they all do well for real estate. Throw Dartmouth in there too.

UNC is probably the best bang for your buck in one of the best in the country for real real estate

I have a friend who went there. He’s an international too Indian and he got money

He’s Canadian though born in Canada, but he’s Indian heritage

You’re asking the wrong questions, my friend

Ask, how does my résumé translate to my career goals and aspirations and whether the school can support that growth

A 315 can get you into UNC. I know a guy who got in with a 314.

Yes that seems addordable 70k with 20 25k 1 year living cost

Nyu may be better. It’s two year with internship. Less pressure on the job market.

27K per term.

Ya they do

Also remember that the GRE score standards are lower for the msre because tbh many don’t even take it

You could probably just apply with what you have today

I would not advise you to roll the dice on 200K to break into IB from UNC

I have IB experience and understand the job. I also did it in North America.

The ramp up for IB is really bad

Also ww get 14 15 percent rate so it gets very high by grad
