I visited my ex-girlfriend a few times when she was at UVA law and I never even saw a Darden student. My (extremly) limited experiance is that the students don't interact that much so I'd prob give it some more thought before you pull the app.
That said, I certainly don't know the particulars of your situation and am basing my opinion on a few observations

1. What unique qualities does the applicant possess that lead you to endorse his/her application to the Darden School? Cite specific examples:
