Congrats all R1 admits! Looks like the admissions blog was updated today - check it out when you have a minute. Sara Neher says that the majority of all R1 decisions have gone out, save the few that are still pending interviews. Regarding R2 interviews, only a very small percentage of invites have gone out, and adcom expects to issue many more over the next few weeks. Congrats to all those with R2 invites so far!

I got an Admit from Darden.. wonderful video it was.. Its fulfilling to get my first admit in my
2 application seasons .. All the best to everyone who is applying..

Those who got rejected, do not worry..
I saw the darden admit mail after seeing 11 ding mails from various schools in the last 2 years..
dont give up.. just hang in there..

Does anyone know if the admissions director is still reviewing an application 32 hours after the decision deadline is a good thing...or a bad thing?

I dont see any bad thing in it. End of the day, they have to fill XXX seats with the best possible candidates, if the adcom is reading an applicants file, it only gives a positive vibe to the episode. :-D
