I believe Darden sends out interview invite all the way until notification date, but is there a certain timeframe that Darden really focuses on? (like these two weeks)

Good god! Making ppl wait for an interview invite till your notification date is cruel and given my condition right now, I will end up having multiple heart attacks thanks to the damned blog update emails that darden sends out.LOL

Ps. If any International candidates are reading this..You get an interview invite please post..its okay to brag! :D

Just curious..

Are the interviews out for international students..

I have heard that Darden generally gives interviews late for international applicants.

Invites to international applicants are sent later than normal as Admissions have to work with alumni for interviews in your area. However, from what I have learnt though various forums, most international applicants interviewed with the ad-com through phone!

International students living in US do not fall under international category if they have green card or citizenship. International students are the ones who need F-1 visa.

Congrats SalarymanJ! I hope you will be successful this year!

By the way, can you please share how you have presented yourself to be a stronger candidate through the application? Darden did not specifically ask for a reapp essay. By the way, I'm also a R1 reapp here but have not received any interview invite :(

And I noticed that the status of my online application is now blank. Does anybody experience this as well?

Mine is still 'Submitted'. Where are you seeing this change? The home page or the Application(s) Page?

darden sucks. called them and they say my app being "reviewed". was excited for a sec then she said i could get decision for interview day before decision - wtf.

I emailed Maggie... This is what she had to say...
"If you are invited to interview then of course your status will change. If you are not invited for an interview then your status will not change until all decisions go out on Jan 12th."
