Has anyone been able to change their interview location? I have the wrong city on mine...

Contacted admissions, no word yet. I am worried all the spots will fill up

Ok, this is random...I was waitlisted R1 and clicked on the link to continue on the waitlist. I just got two emails (both said the same thing), that confirms I am on the waitlist. Anyone else get them?

Same advice was given to me. Well, this is painful. I don't want to end up in Round 3.

Hey Guys,
International candidate from Mumbai. Im unable to schedule my interview online. Just think something is wrong with the system. Tried calling them but they put me on hold for 4 mins and then it gets cut each time. Already tried thrice. Also tried mailing them but no response
Any1 come across any issues while scheduling? The interview dates for my location are on the 12-14 and 19-21. Im getting a little nervous that I have been unable to schedule my interview so far. Any thots?

I actually thought Duke's scheduling system was quite good. I'd originally selected a hub interview in London, but was able to reschedule to a later time.

I do believe they decided not to offer hub interviews in Mumbai. Look at the email they sent on 01/25 titled 'Interview Updates for the Duke MBA'. I believe the only locations they're offering interviews in are below -

Beijing - February 7
Shanghai - February 6
San Francisco - February 20
Chicago - February 20
New York - February 13 - 14 and February 20 - 21
London - February 13
Tokyo - February 13
Durham* - February 13 - 21

I think they said an alum would reach out to you if requested for a city not in the list above.

I also tried to change my interview location but have not heard back from the admissions office. I went ahead and scheduled in my "preferred preference" (from my app), just to make sure there was a slot for me. Did anyone with the same situation hear back yet from them? Drmang, what followup email did you get (sorry I didnt see anything attached or added to your post if there was a response from Fuqua Admissions)

So...bumped my head on the wall and decided to come out of the lurking (i stumbled upon this forum only last week).

Applied to Duke R2. Interviewed last Sunday.
Off-campus international.

it was great! very relaxed and all.

Well you right in that they did decide to remove Mumbai from the Hub list. But about the alum reaching out to me -I got my invite Thurs last week mailed back asking for further guidance on Friday. No one has got back to me yet and the phone lines are perenially busy. Ironically, they mention "We appreciate your quick response and flexibility when scheduling your interview in order to ensure that your interview is completed in a timely manner".
Not sure who to contact now..

Finally! Got in touch with the adcom guys. Say they will send out a mail giving details of the alum by eod.
Now onto the prep...
