I was waitlisted too. No, what admission told me was that you will receive an update if you get off the waitlist or they ding you.

Otherwise, you will not get anything today

I have not gotten anything yet... I wonder how many ppl did they reach a decision this round

That's weird because it's completely contrary to what is implied in the letter attached through the application portal - "We will update you on your waitlist status during subsequent rounds of admission." To me, update includes a "you're still on it," right?
