For all those R1 applicants still holding out on scholarships, don't lose hope. I received a call from admissions letting me know I would receive a 15% scholarship yesterday. The calls are still going out.

Will all invites/dings be issued at once or different applicants will receive their answers at different times?

I have a feeling this email is going to come at exactly 5PM EST.

The email will come out at once for all applicants. I would not expect anything before 3:30.

Congratulations, that's great news! Does anyone know the % of admitted students that receive scholarship money?

I applied in R3 with a 690 GMAT last year. I was interviewed, waitlisted and then kept on the short list through the first couple of days of Orientation Week. I have been told that very few people were admitted in R3 last year, and those were the applicants with incredible credentials - 730+ GMAT, 3.5+ GPA and blue chip work experience. A 690 GMAT can definitely still get you an interview invite in R3, but it would be very tough to get accepted.
