So I had applied for test waiver and gotten it also in Nov end. But for application now I want to edit my resume a bit. Is that okay or should I use old resume only which was submitted with waiver application??

It’s fine, you can modify your resume provided it’s not a major change in academic score or your credentials. Sometimes, the adcom look at previous docs while reviewing your application for admit and scholarship decisions

For recommendation you guys submit professional ids only ? My recommender who was a co-founder where i worked, exited and is building something of his own and doesn't have a professional id as of now.
