Sometimes. I knew the decision date was today so I figured I'd check.

is there an inverse relationship between the first two and the last? I guess it depends which end of the scheme you're on.

So here's a thought of general applicability...
Since the consortium bunch is meeting next week, they will know then who is accepted w/ FS.
Does that mean that FS people will know their fate next week? I mean, I expect that non-FS admits who applied via cons. will get their notices along with non-consortium people.
However, I think FS admits will be treated differently because the schools want to know if, in the event your brain falls out of your head that day, and you reject the offer, they can give it to someone else...
I guess what I am pondering in a circuitous sort of way is:
"WHEN THE ----- AM I GONNA LEARN MY FATE!!!!!"
