The consortium letters go out on the 16 th....so I guess all the info will be in there. And yeah there were a lot of instances of consortium membership without the fellowship.
Posted from my mobile device @money, to add to what prime said, yes, you can get consortium membership without the fellowship. Remember, there are three separate decisions: admission to the school, then admission to the Consortium, then fellowship decision. So you can definitely get through the first two without necessarily proceeding to the third step (fellowship). Last year, I think 450 people gained membership status, and about 300 were awarded fellowships.
Also, lets say you are awarded Consortium membership and a fellowship to a particular school. If you chose to attend a different Consortium member school, you can still be a part of the Consortium. So to be a member, you don't have to attend the school that gave you the fellowship, as long as you attend a member school and are granted membership.
