Just finished the first draft for tuck essays. One more review tomorrow and then it will go in day after tomorrow. Anybody in the same boat. Do you think one revision even merits a consideration
I may have missed it in this thread, but can anyone point me to a link or does anyone have any information on breakdown of Tuck rounds? I know for most schools R1 and R2 is almost the same..Any one? Any thoughts? How is Nov round different from Jan round?

I suppose that depends on how good a writer you are. I am not the hottest writer so I have to revise my essay somewhere around 3-5 times before I get to something of substantial quality. But some of my friends can crank out gold their first time around. Just depends on you. Personally, If you don't think your essays are going to be quality stuff by the deadline I would wait until November to apply.
Guys, have you read anything about GPA calculation for international students on Tuck's website? I'm sure some schools do not require GPA reporting (they calculate it themselves if non-GPA grading was used in your university)

if you feel satisfied with them (deep in your heart), i would submit....else I would probably wait... but have a third eye read them too, instead of just relying on you looking at them again and figuring things out

Just report the grade in whatever form that you see on the transcript. Tuck's specifically said on its form to report it in it's original form.

Guess what, gave it my two friends to read and got some positive comments (All the minor corrections already incorporated). However, I will not be giving it to my Tuck friend though. He might tell me to change the whole structure and I don't want to spill the application process to next round.
Does anyone know what to write in the biographical essay for the financial aid application? Should it be something totally different from the other four essays? Any recommendation?
Yup, I'll be applying through the consortium 2nd round. You?

Considering R2. Undecided about Consortium. That would be the only Consortium school so I may apply directly. I can give a better story with the Tuck essays than with the Consortium essays. But, we will see.
