Here are my thoughts: head to head USC is a better school - larger alumni base, more competitive to get in, etc. The 50% scholarship should just make it a no-brainer. Having said that if you want to work on the East Coast after graduation, Georgetown might be the better choice. If you want to be on the West Coast or you don't really care then go with the better school - USC. Good luck!

CaliCan, By academic stats do you mean my GMAT and GPA? It's 700/5.0 and 3.63. And I'm an international.
From my experience this season, I don't think the scholarship offers in any of the schools are solely based on GMAT/GPA. Although it has been widely believed to be so, my experience has been different. In Georgetown and Olin, I got admit with reasonable scholarship whereas few I came to know had a better GMAT of 10/20/30 points and had not received scholarship at all or had received less (amongst the ones who had got admit). I guess this might be true in case of USC as well. But I think it's true that for a similar profile if you have a 750+ you'll almost get a free ride in most schools ranked in the range of 15-25.

I was just curious because I had a 700 GMAT with 5 on the writing portion and a 3.2 GPA (3.8 in my final year) and I didn't receive any scholarship. From what I read about USC they only offer scholarships based on Academic merit and not need, so I wanted to know how far off the mark I was from receiving aid.
