While I'd agree that SOM hasn't historically attracted the same level of attention as the "M7" programs on this forum, I think the phenomenon that you're pointing out is largely due to the relative size of the two programs. Wharton receives ~7,000 applications and admits 800+, while Yale receives ~2,500 and admits ~225. That makes a clear difference for forum activity.
Also, each forum gets slammed with comments on the days when lots of decisions are released for that respective program. Wharton released most or all (not sure) of their R2 decisions yesterday, which, as has been pointed out, would be a few hundred. Yale appears to have released 0 decisions yesterday. Perhaps this also contributed to the difference in activity between the two forums yesterday. Either way, it is more than a little strange to assume that differing forum activity levels measured on only a single day is directly related to the overall interest levels in two programs.
