I use Turbo Jam by the same company - super fun, great results and good for people in any shape (mostly for girls though). Working out does help relieve the stress and gives you something to look forward to every day (other than checking your email). Hope you get your invite soon!

I actually got my interview 2 weeks after the deadline, and already finished it. So I have nothing but the decision to wait for. Work out sounds just about good now. I can commit 63 days but it'll be difficult with the holidays coming. Maybe it'll end up being 70 days instead

ops sorry, my bad. you are certainly in a better position than the people waiting for invites, though. pick up a hobby, start and activity or working out. I am so busy that time just seems to fly by, it sure works!

Hi madzy,

Once you add your recommender into the list for your Yale application, an email will be dispatched to that person which either will include the questions in the email or in a link that they click to. You don't need to take any actions except to add the person in that list.

I believe Yale does not disclose the Recommendation format/questions to applicants (anyone correct me if I am wrong), but from what I heard from my recommenders it was not very demanding at all and not as structured as other schools.
chws is right as to the procedure, also you will get notification emails when your recommenders submit.

I'm pretty sure it's been posted in this thread, you'll probably have to do a search or go through all the posts.

As I recall, it's pretty open ended and doesn't specifically ask questions like many of the schools do.

did ya'lls status go complete after the interview? I had my interview more than a week ago, and my status still reads "interview scheduled." Does this mean that my interviewer has not sent in his/her report yet? One more month until 1st round decisions are released!

Mine went complete a few days after my interview. It could mean that your interviewer hasn't submitted his/her comments or it could mean the office just hasn't updated your status. With this murky process, who knows.

No need to put a ding until you actually get dinged. Not like you get extra brownie points for dinging yourself early in the process. Plus, someone in this forum received an invite last week, so they're still sending them invites out.

GC member invitation rate for this year seems not even close to last year's. Yes. giving it a time until Thanksgiving seems logical but I dunno... one thing I learned from this app season is that I'm not as special as I thought

Personally, I'm preparing for bad news - Round 3 seems not so crazy anymore haha.

Assume you wrote an optional essay regarding the GPA? 720 puts you in the running everywhere, and can help offset a low GPA.

If you can pinpoint the factors for the low GPA, you can write that/ask your recommenders to vouch that it isn't an issue anymore.

Relax. Bruce DelMonico himself said that a 700+ gmat can offset a sub 3.0 gpa.
