I don't think they call wait listers. By my count there are fewer than 20 acceptances here and on beat te GMAT. Maybe a lot of people aren't posting or they're not done with calls yet. Still hoping...Tuck is my #1. Posted from my mobile device

I think people are not posting as they are busy celebrating thier party..maybe we would have done the same...but at this point I don't think it makes any sense to expect a call..and going by past stories, everyone who is accepted gets a call or email.

Tuck is my number 1 as well. Does 20 admissions make sense for an Early Action Round? They only want 250 students overall and in addition to already having had the November round applications to review for some time now they have a January and April Round. When I was on campus they would not disclose how many applications they typically receive early action.

Sometimes I wonder how much benefit there is to applying early...I know Tuck says there is a benefit, and most consulants/literature says there is a benefit to applying early - but we as applicants are all reading and hearing the same advice...so the question remains...who the hell is applying in the later rounds? There must be a reason they dont disclose volume by round...definately eases the stress of the admissions office to receive more apps early...

I think expecting a call now is fruitless. There is probably a handful of people that get in without a call, but this would be less then 1% if any. I am hoping the WL is high for EA as they try to compare R1 apps before making a decision. A ding would just hurt too much right now.

Check back on page 34..last post by Bob. Looks like Tuck has a habit of over-admitting and the waitlist is pretty much a ding....unless they over corrected their mistake last year.
