I don't think so. The website says internationals should apply by round 2. Check with the site.

Hi all - first time on here. If the admit letter did not mention any sholly $$$, then does that mean I'm definitely out of luck in that department or is there a posibilioty that $$$ might becoem avaialble at a later date? Also, does anyone know the exact dates of the admit weekend/welcome weekend is in early Feb? I'm in San Fran and need to book ASAP. THANKS
