Jane2011, yeahrs - Know anyone from SEA who's received invites? What're your profiles btw? Here's mine: 760/3.73/WE non-traditional /leadership position in youth volunteerism
Anyone can shed light on what the hub cities in Asia were last year?

In Round 1, there were Hong Kong, Shanghai and Mumbai.

Hmm, based on previous posts on hubs in the scheduling system so far in Round 2, Hong Kong isn't there? Can it still be yet to come?
I've been reading this forum for a while, and I'm a first time poster. I want to thank everyone here for their valuable insight and opinions. Y'all have made me nervous and put my mind at ease many times over already.
I'm writing to say that I received my HBS interview invite at 9:59 Central time today. To make some of you happy, I'm 31 years old - so yes apparently you can get an invite even if you are older.
Best of luck to everybody out here! And thanks again for everyone's thoughts and advice!
Yes, it seems like they are sending out invites as they review the apps, without batching them up.
The mass email sent out a couple of days ago seems to suggest that the admissions committee is running a little bit behind in reviewing the applications and they wanted to send something out to reduce the anxiety. I'd expect invites to trickle in all the way to Feb 16th.

I agree. It does seem, based on the time of my email, and the lack of a group of responses today that HBS is starting to trickle the invites in. On the flip side, hopefully this gives people hope that even if they haven't heard back yet, it's not all over. I had just about given up on HBS, but now I'm pumped.
The big question now: How do you not screw up your interview? For some smart, tell-it-like-it-is counsel, we turned to Sandy Kreisberg, aka HBS Guru, the rebel savant of MBA admissions consulting. The highly opinionated Kreisberg has been advising applicants to Harvard, Stanford, Wharton and other elite B-schools for some 15 years. During the 2009-2010 application season, Kreisberg conducted mock interviews with more than 100 applicants to Harvard alone, a service he offers for $300. (For details, see his website.)
BTW, it appears, as in Round One, that the bulk of invites went out in first two waves, and there is some stream of maybe 30-100 (well, if you believe in Santa) invites which will trickle out in spurts til Feb 16th, this is the exact same pattern as Round One, and confirmed by data on this site, and my internal database of applicants, results, and expected results.

Longtime lurker, first time poster. Felt I needed to share that you should all keep hope alive! I received HBS Invite @ 11:24EST. I have my Booth and Kellogg Interviews next Monday.
I am 5 years out, have had 3 different jobs, and was a bit worried that it would play against me when it came to HBS.
