You must have applied in the October 15 deadline?

exactly 2 weeks after I received mail that my application is complete. My LOR was submitted after the deadline so I got the application is completed mail after few days of deadline. So, most probably you receive within 2 weeks.

Yes i applied in oct 15th deadline.

Divyanka Just message the admissions department, they will connect you with the IT department, and then they will change it from their side

Is anyone facing application fee payment issue ? tried multiple times.. everytime got the message that payment is declined.

International payments in your cardmust be disabled.If you have app then you can change the settings and make the international payment.

Check whether international payment is allowed on your card or not.

Check whether international payment is allowed on your card or not.


Try international debit card.

There is an issue with the system, I kept emailing HEC and TopApply, till they made some changes to the system and payment succeeded .

I have tried 6 different cards - debit, credit (Indian, UK) but nothing has worked. Waiting for them to fix the issue and revert :)
