got on the waitlist, what the heck does that even mean.
Hey ! Getting waitlisted isn’t a rejection, it’s more like, “Not yet, but maybe”, the waitlist moves based on class composition, yield rates. So, what can you do? First, don’t panic. Instead, you can send a waitlist update letter with new achievements, leadership wins, or even an improved GMAT/GRE score (if possible). Also, network with alumni and admissions reps, attend admissions events, webinars, to reinforce your commitment but don’t spam them. In the past, there have been instances where applicants didn’t provide any updates yet still made it off the waitlist and received an admit. So, stay optimistic and hope for the best! Good luck
