I had submitted my application on 19th and then got a mail about application being incomplete due to missing passport scan pdf. I uploaded that and also replied to the email, but even after a week the portal still hasn't updated and my application shows incomplete (with the same reason).
Hi I would suggest that you send out a reminder email or if possible try to get in touch with the school over phone call to sort it out
