Nikhil , I have a doubt on the GPA conversion. As per the snap, which is from mba.com, Indians whose GPA in college is greater than or equal to 6 out of 10 (or 60%) have a 4.0 on a scale of 0-4 ? And do colleges consider this GPA( which is on a scale of 0 to 4) while evaluating the applications or they go for absolute GPA?

No need to convert, colleges are pretty much aware about the Indian grading system. No, as long as you can put your experience in good light in front of the potential recruiter, it is going to help you.
