Hey Adithya,
1. You have good diverse work as well as extracurricular experiences. Do ensure that you pin point the important aspects and build a strong story.
2. The GRE score is on the lower end, in case you do have the bandwidth, you could consider working on getting a higher score. However, since it is a profile based admission process, the GRE score would not be the only thing that the school considers.
3. Next, of course the requisite research on the goals will be important. You already have an MBA ( we understand that distance edu has its limitations), still it is even more important when you apply for a second MBA to have a firm plan going forward.
4. Another point, I am assuming that you would be switching to a different sector w.r.t your previous background. If that is the case you could consider identifying and building some new skills which would help you prepare for the future goals.
