Hey Adithya,

1. You have good diverse work as well as extracurricular experiences. Do ensure that you pin point the important aspects and build a strong story.

2. The GRE score is on the lower end, in case you do have the bandwidth, you could consider working on getting a higher score. However, since it is a profile based admission process, the GRE score would not be the only thing that the school considers.

3. Next, of course the requisite research on the goals will be important. You already have an MBA ( we understand that distance edu has its limitations), still it is even more important when you apply for a second MBA to have a firm plan going forward.

4. Another point, I am assuming that you would be switching to a different sector w.r.t your previous background. If that is the case you could consider identifying and building some new skills which would help you prepare for the future goals.

Hello, Have my interview with panel 3 soon at Hyd ISB campus. Would really appreciate it if someone can shed some light on the panel profile (assuming they are the same). Stuff such as number of interviewers, their approx. age, gender. etc. Thank you in advance! :)

You can just say you want to go to the washroom and peek into the Panel room if knowing "age, gender, no. of interviewers" is that important to you. :-P

Hi, I just received an email from ISB asking for my Father's Payslip. Any clue why this would be needed? I didnt spot this section anywhere in my application

It was there in the application and was mandatory of you opted for needs based scholarship. As long as need based scholarship was not opted, they don’t ask for it

Hi AS90,

This could be for the Need Based scholarship if you applied for it. Your family income is considered for the scholarship. If you didn't apply for one, then you may very well respond to the email asking for the reason why your father's payslip is required, to avoid any confusion.
