Can anyone tell me is 316 a good GRE score to apply ?

Not unless you bring it up on your own, in one of your answers. ISB interviews are typically centered around the information you are giving to the panellists through your previous answers in the interviews (+ what’s there in the essays). They dive deeper and follow up on that.

Would recommend giving it again and getting ~322 or higher. One of our mentees in R1 got an interview call at 320 but that is an edge-case scenario I believe. Better to take the exam again in my opinion, thanks!
