Didn’t see this happening last time (in the last admissions cycle). But from a logistics perspective, they might need a little more time this time because of the increase in the applicant count, to wrap up R3 interviews by mid-March. The school gives a month to R3 applicants post the results are declared by mid March to join the programme by mid April (historically) - just my opinion.
One week here and there wouldn’t matter - focus on your prep - all the best

Why do you say there’s an increase in applicant count? How do you know this?
In the west it’s the opposite :/
