Hi WA@qur2849, You should target around 665-675 at least.
The academic scores are nice and 8 CGPA is also good considering its DU! Private Equity work in Big 4 has quite a learning curve. So you will bring rich experience to college. The list of extra curricular is also impressive. Once you are done with GMAT, you can work on your goals and aligned achievements.
So ideally you may convert at a lower score as well but given the number of applicants from similar background and work ex as yours, a higher than average score will go a long way.
