Please review my profile:

10th - 10CGPA
12th - CBSE 94.6% (does isb give weight to school marks?)
College - Bits Pilani, Computer Science. CGPA 8.18
Work experience - working at Microsoft as a software engineer since 2021.
Will be aound 4 years during the R1 applications.

Some extra curriculars in college, no leadership roles (maybe a 2 year teaching assistantship will count)

Gave the official GMAT mock and got a 695. Maybe I can increase to 705/715 with some practice.
GPA 🧡🧡
BITS Brand 🧡
Major 🥶

Big tech brand 🧡 (it’s also a curse tbh- big brands rarely let you get leadership roles)

Years of ex 🧡 (nearly ideal- 5 years upon matriculation)

Lack of leadership 💔

If you can get a 725+, you’ll be in a good spot but you need to find a way to make up for lack of leadership experience.

When I say leadership roles (in brand), I mean early in your career.... Lot of bureaucracy to jump through and organizational matrix also doesn’t allow that until you’re somewhat ahead in the career

Hi, please evaluate my profile for ISB. I’m planning to apply in Round 1 this year and will be taking my GMAT soon.

Academics:
- 10th (ICSE): 89.16%
- 12th (HSC – Commerce): 79.38%
- BBA (Marketing), NMIMS Mumbai: GPA 3.30/4

Work Experience: 33 months of full-time experience in marketing

Extracurriculars:
- 14+ years of Bharatanatyam training
- Government-certified teacher (Visharad Purna – equivalent to a bachelor’s degree)
- Member of school and college dance teams

Would appreciate your insights on:
- How I can further strengthen my profile and application narrative (I am planning to apply this year)
- Whether a GMAT score of 685+ would be considered competitive for ISB

Thank you!
Hi, please evaluate

Please review my profile:

10th - 10CGPA
10+2 95%
College -JNTU Hyd, Computer Science. CGPA 75
Work experience - working at IT MNC as Developer and moved to Global partnerships consultant role(prev worked in sales & marketing as well)
Total 4.5 YOE.

Extras - Co-leading Trans Youth Foundation, International award winning screenwriter of 2 short films, established e-cell in college, founded two mini startups, schwarzman scholar finalist, state hockey & nss representative
Yet to give the official GMAT
Since you are from a slightly over-represented pool (tech), see if you can get a very high GMAT score (685 or above). That would be a good differentiator.

Also, do not just focus on your 'technical accomplishments' in the essays. You seem to have very decent extra curricular. See if you can weave some interesting anecdotes around them.

Good luck!

Please review my profile:

10th - 93% ICSE
12th - 94% ISC
College - B.Com (H) St. Xavier’s College; first distinction
CA + CPA
Work ex - Currently working at Hitachi in an FP&A role. Total years of experience will be around 4 years during the R1 applications

Extra curriculars - School Captain, School Basketball team / choir, participated and volunteered in college fests, volunteered with NSS to teach underprivileged kids, interned with Nestle in their GST department during COVID, I used to write for a strategy blog (during COVID; now discontinued), I host various workshops and events at my workplace; also received awards at work, haven’t led a team yet

Appearing for the GMAT by end of July. Can anyone advise the score I should be targeting? ( I am aiming at 695- 705, is that good enough? )

Can anyone also advise how I can further improve my profile before the R1 cycle?
Very decent profile. The GMAT score that you are targeting would indeed make you quite competitive (assuming that you achieve/surpass it:)).

Focusing on GMAT for the next few months is really the best favor you can do to yourself, before the R1 cycle.

Decent academic pedigree.

ECs seem to be on the lower side, but this is not a show stopper. You might find the following article useful:

The role of Extra curricular in the ISB applicationA 715 would be great. Since you scored a 695 on official mock, aiming for a 715 does not seem unrealistic.

All the best!

Please review my profile-
UG - eco hons from DU
Cgpa - 8.08
12th - 96.4% cbse
10th - 10 cgpa or 95%
Workex - approx 2.5 years in 2 fintech companies as a program manager in business ops and currently as associate strategy manager. It would be close to 3 years when I apply. No international exposure but lead a team of 5 in previous org. Currently an IC. First company was a startup and current one is an MNC.
President of economics society in college.
Planning to take gmat soon. Target school ISB
FinTech is the happening sector. Please articulate your post-MBA goals accordingly.

IC should not be an issue. No one expects leadership roles with 3 years of experience. Contemplate instances were you "made your presence felt" at work and articulate them in the application.

Target a 675+ on GMAT.

About me -
BTech - 79%
Class 12th - 87%
Class 10th - 9.2 CGPA

Since academics seem to be a bit modest and experience is slightly on the lower side, try to see if you can target a 685+ on GMAT.

Good luck!
