Hey everyone!
How many recommendations are required for the ISB application? And from whom - if ISB mentions anything about this?

Thanks!
Should it be the immediate manager, or can be a skip-level manager as well? If it requires someone who has supervised your work, it can be the skip-level manager, right?

Dear @WA@hdv3898,

First, going through your profile, it is clear that you have a strong and well-balanced background. You have performed exceptionally well academically, your work experience is diverse and impactful, and you truly shine in your extracurriculars, which reflect a wide range of interests and add an interesting dimension to your overall profile.

Given this context, and assuming you are aiming to apply to ISB and equivalent business schools, a GMAT Focus Edition score of around 655 or above would ideally help you position your profile strongly and competitively.

We would be happy to connect and provide you with more personalised guidance on how best to structure your application and highlight your strengths effectively. Wishing you the very best as you prepare for your MBA journey.

At Team FLY, we are a collective of ISB alumni dedicated to supporting prospective MBA applicants with profile positioning, essay reviews and interview preparation.

Please feel free to book a 15 minute free session for a detailed discussion with us: https://calendly.com/reachusfly/15min

With warm regards,
