Hey, sure! For the on the spot essays, just look at any PY prompts (search on google; checkout reddit and some admission consulting sites results) questions, and that should cover you for it. FYI: 10 mins per essay goes really fast, so keep on checking the time while writing your responses.
For interview:
1. You need to be very thorough with your resume, essays, and goal
2. Why MBA, why now and why ISB - these are still interviewer’s favourite questions and one or other versions will be asked

Hi everyone, I’m planning to apply to ISB for the PGP program in Round 2. However, I haven’t received my GMAT score yet. Do I need to have my official GMAT score ready before the Round 2 deadline (7th December), or can I submit my application now and provide the score later — as long as it’s before the Round 3 deadline? or I can move with unofficial scores in filling application
