Yes I completely agree. They will reply to your email saying please raise a ticket in the ask queries section. If you are unable to upload the documents due to technical issues, just raise a ticket explaining the position, upload the screenshot (if you want to be extra cautious) and you won't be in soup. They will consider requests even beyond the 72 hours. I faced similar issues as the portal was not allowing my recommender to send the recommendation. ISB was extremely considerate in the situation and helped me sort out the same even beyond the deadline, considering my ticket was raised prior to the deadline.
