Hi, could you help me with the KYC documents?
I got an email saying that I need to submit an IEC among other things for my package to clear customs, and I'm not sure how to get one.
Could you help with that?

Thanks for writing. Ask them to send you KYC document to be signed. You need to sign it and send it back.
