Admitted to Kellogg and Booth. Hope below the info helps.

Kellogg: Applied June 10/Interviewed June 30/Admitted July 9 (checklist not cleared until July 8)
Booth: Applied July 1/Interviewed July 14/Admitted July 17/Scholarship offered July 20

GMAT: 760/IR 8, took once, online
WE: 4.5 years
Undergraduate: Engineering

Congrats, eGMATtaker2020 , and great work on the Online GMAT! I was hoping for a similar score once I hit the submit button, but I clearly made some dumb errors on Quant that I didn't catch. I had heard that $30k was Booth's largest offer for merit-based scholarships, but up until now I hadn't seen anyone who was offered that, so congrats!

Whatever you decide to do, best of luck, and hopefully our paths will cross in the Fall!

Thank you! I decided to accept Booth's offer and give Kellogg's slot back to other people. Both schools are great but I like the flexibility and atmosphere at Booth better. GMAT is really tricky and doesn't tell much about a person - it reduces adcom's judgement cost in some cases though. I might be nothing but a test machine :shh:

Are you going to Booth this Autumn as well, Evening or Weekend? Look forward to "seeing" you and others soon!

I officially accepted my Booth offer last Friday (7/31)! I'll be enrolling in the Autumn quarter, and will be part of the Weekend program, commuting from Denver.

Booth and Kellogg were neck-and-neck in my mind, but at the end of the day I chose Booth based on the scholarship and the fact that it was my dream school coming into the application process. Kellogg grew on me immensely, but at the end of the day Booth still felt like the right fit for me.

Congratulations to everyone who has been accepted, and good luck to those who are still waiting on a decision!

I remember that as well - perhaps some calls tomorrow and Thursday? I also read somewhere that Northwestern was restructuring and letting folks go, maybe that has also had an impact on the response times? In any case sending good vibes to everyone, home stretch...

Happens to me at least once a day. Fact that I lived in Chicago for 12 years and that I get all kinds of calls from Chicago doesn't help.

Has anyone that was pushed from the Summer to the Fall received an offer?

I haven't seen that yet but I might have missed it in the earlier posts.

If the folks who got pushed back (myself included) end up getting rejections tomorrow that's going to be a tough pill to swallow especially since we could have used that time to take the GMAT, look at other options etc.

I imagine a couple of folks with math/engineering backgrounds got in after being moved from summer to fall. I think I remember reading that on the forum, but at this point it’s all a blur....

Just got a rejection e-mail. Had asked for an expedited decision by 8/6. Originally had applied for the summer session and was pushed to the fall. Kellogg was my target but will likely accept at Booth now, so not all is lost. I do wonder if asking for an expedited decision reduced my chances. A little disappointed it took 4 months to get a decision but understand they had high interest. Best of luck to you all!

Stats were: Accounting Major 3.7 GPA overall / 3.95 Business. GMAT Waiver used with 6 years full-time experience in Fortune 100 FP&A.
