Had my off-campus interview today. Went really well I think.
Questions broke down like this:
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. Why an MBA now?
3. What are your post-MBA goals (short-term/long-term)?
4. What accomplishment are you most proud of?
5. Tell me about a time you failed.
6. Why Kellogg?
Then I had my questions for her. After that we talked a bit more about the 1Y program (which I've applied to in R3).
All in all it went really well. It was originally scheduled for an hour but ended up going over by about 15-20min. Not ideal as I was trying to keep on time but she didn't seem to mind at all.
From my understanding, Kellogg interviews won't make you, but they will break you. Just glad to have that checked off and now the wait.

I'll be trolling these forums so best of luck to all those still waiting to hear back.
