Have a question about ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM.

In my case, my University (in India) does not send transcripts directly to schools.
They sign the transcripts and seal it in an envelope and sign across the flap. Its our responsibility to send this envelope to the schools.

So I guess in my case, I dont need to fill this our, right ?

I just found this thread a minute ago by following riverripper's profile. I'm applying to the MMM program in R2. I've submitted Part I and have my interview off campus in five hours with an alumni.

I don't mean to come in and be a taker right off the bat, but does anyone have any advice?

This is a quote from a pretty (in)famous guy over at the other forum's Kellogg Thread:

'I'm really surprised ppl are even considering going to Kellogg with a GSB admit in their hands.
Its people like you who dont deserve to get into GSB.'

I am really surprised that he even got WL at K. I wonder how he should that he is a good 'team' player in his essays. $%^&*()(

FinWannabe....which makes it even more interesting as to how he showed 'fit' at Kellogg with his Finance career goals (presumably)

That is finwannabe...the whiniest person on the board.

I know this goes against all the positive vibe of the club but I have to admit I am very very happy he did NOT get in. That is the last person I would want to be working on a project with.

That guy is such a loser. I seriously hope that he doesn't end up at Kellogg. I might end up punching him in the face.

Welcome nontrad, its a little short notice to start prepping for an interview but I suggest you go through Rhymes guide...its a must read for anyone who is going to interview. Personally, I didnt have any real unusual questions during my interview...which actually went pretty poorly in my mind. Not bad but it wasnt very good. Kellogg interviews seem to be pretty easy going and straightforward though.

MGOBLUE2, yes finwannabe claimed to be WL. He may have been dinged outright and not wanted to admit to that for all we know. Either way I agree, I really hope he doesnt end up there in the fall.

haha...I hope I am not WL in R2 or else you might have to change your stance. But yeah, I would hate to have him on my learning team/group.

Thank you! That's extremely helpful.

Any advice on what to wear? I'm meeting her at her office and we're going for coffee. I asked in an email yesterday and she said khakis and a button-down would be fine. Do you think that's appropriate just because she said it is? Were it on campus I would definitely go in a suit, but I can imagine a suited man in a coffee shop could look rigid and uncomfortable.

For my interview not in a formal setting like an office, it was at starbucks, I wore dress pants, shirt, and tie. I would say that is a good balance of looking the part while not standing out. You could wear a suit but since she told you khakis and a shirt, I would split the difference.
