Regarding the interview, there are some interview debriefs on gmatclub that are very close to my experience doing the interview. The important thing is that you know your CV well, your goal in getting an MBA, and your objective after you graduate. There are many chances for you during the conversation to elaborate and put a personal touch on your written content.

I have seen in this thread someone who got an interview invite literally the day after submission, but I reckon their CV must be exceptionally good.

For myself, I got it about 2 weeks after the deadline (I submitted during early round)

I was interviewed on the 6th of March. Questions were mainly related to my work experience, long term & short term goals, Awareness of Australian visa policy. I was successful in my application & will attend.

I want to pursue an mba at mbs, i have 20 months work ex but on the website it is mentioned that minimum 2 years work ex is required

Do i have a chance here or the work ex criteria is very strict?
