Did you elaborate on stuff or kept it sweet and simple?

I remember when they interviewed me last year - they focused quite a bit on how I overcame challenges at work, critical feedback etc They also focused on Quant courses that I have taken in college and asked how I was going to prepare to take complex quant courses in the MBA (Engineering background btw, with great math scores in Undergrad) All the best, keep it simple, genuine and also make sure to come out as someone who is pleasant to talk to and grounded in reality.

Hi folks, Just want to take a suggestion. I have 615 FE. *Education* 2018 Aerospace BTech graduate from SRM University- 8.96/10 *Work* Did a small venture of mine in NorthEast India's schools for activity based learning for about an year for which I was incubated and awarded a small grant too. And post that worked in a few start ups where my role involved client engagement, stake holder management, market penetration, account renewal & retention, did 0 to 1 market expansion in country like Ghana,Nigeria, Kenya, Bangladesh as a project lead. *Extra curricular/Volunteering*- Involved in WEF global Shaper community(mentoring & sustainability);Also an Ahimsa Fellow (animal welfare policy studying & implementation understand People For Animals); Been Educator on Unacademy for AFCAT with 1Lakh+ views, 600+ lessons, 50+live students and training & mentoring of 50+ other educators. So I am a little uncomfortable with my GMAT score. This was my third attempt. But Mcdonough average GMAT is 625 FE. What are my chances ? Should I apply with 615 ?

615 does not give strength to your candidacy. Ideally, since you are an ORM/Indian, you should be higher than the historical average. Hire a coach for 1-2-1 classes as time for R2 is fast running out.
