If someone has let's say 25% chances of getting a job in US, and 25% chance in MENA/EU/SG/HK, the salaries of those regions post T15 is known
Then 50% chance of getting a job would be in one's home country, determining the expected salary there vs loan amount and current salary for opportunity cost will lead one to make an informed decision
The % might be different than what I stated above, but that's the gist of it
