Great. Do you know whether we get a choice about selecting interview dates, assuming we are invited for the interview ?
Also, since Ross has interviews by invitation only, does it mean that getting called for interview is VERY positive.

From what I understand, you'll get an email with login info. You go online and select an interview date, but I think the range of dates is limited to the next few weeks?
In terms of how positive getting an interview is, I remember reading that Ross interviews ~40% of applicants and accepts ~20%.
So yeah, getting an interview is a very positive thing.

Any particular reason that you would choose to upload a word document as opposed to copying your essay in the text area.
By uploading word docs, one has to make sure that all the font, margins, headers, etc are consistent across the essays. But this is not an issue in the text area provided.
But in the text area, you don't get to select your choice of font.
Any other thoughts on this ?

It's less work?
Plus, when word superscripts the "nd" in 2nd, it stays that way!
Seriously, I had all my essays in one word file, then once I was sure of the final content, I broke them up into 5 files. Then I uploaded each one and it looked exactly like I wanted it to, so I thought I'd leave good enough alone.
If I had trouble with the word documents, then yeah I'd give the text box a try.
Considering all the formatting in my resume, I think it'd look like crap if I pasted it into a text box!
