Thanks Kwam for posting your interview experience! I was reading it before my interview today and your comments were very helpful.
So here is my experience...
I got to the place about 20 mins before the scheduled time. I was surprised that the guy who was interviewing before me came out soon after and so I thought all interviews must have been only 30 mins and the Adcom would take 15 mins to fill out paperworks (my time was blocked for 45 mins). My interview was also 30 mins and so this pretty much confirms my theory. No sweat here

The interviewer began by asking for my transcript (note: you must bring your transcript to Sloan interview!), which I had prepared. Then he asked me about my experience during my undergard, my current job, my goals and why MBA - everything was very conversational but professional. He then began asking me some BEI questions:
1) Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond what you were assigned
2) Tell me about a time when you accomplished something
3) Tell me about a time when you had to make a decision without enough information
After the above questions, we discussed why Sloan. So I gave him the answer that I had prepared for. Then he opened up the interview for my questions.
During the interview, my interviewer really dug into my answers. For example, when I told him about one of my accomplishments, he asked 'How did you do X?'. He also asked me to elaborate on one of the bullet points that I wrote on my resume ... 'So you ... tell me about it'. He did the same when I told him that I have a good friend at Sloan - he asked 'So did [my friend] go back home during the winter break?' I just felt that the interviewer wanted to cross-check the information I told him. So the best strategy for the interviews is to be yourself and honest.
I am not really sure how I did. I was talking most of the time and the interviewer was very conversational and friendly and so it was hard to gauge his opinions. I must say though that I had prepared the least for this interview since I wasn't really that motivated already having admits in my hand. I also figured that I could build upon the previous interview experiences that I had.
I hope the decision came out positive (hope is the operative word here

) and best of luck to those who are applying!
