Could anyone tell me if the interview at ROSS is blind? How much information would the interviewer have about me ? Would he have read my essays?

The interviews for Ross are conducted blind. The person interviewing you will only have your resume available, not your essays or your application.

I'm still keeping my fingers crossed...
But to all those waiting out there for invites consider this

Round 1 and Round 2 Application Update

Important reminders and deadlines.

Thanks to those of you who submitted your application in Round 1. We are in the process of reviewing your applications and will be reaching out to selected applicants with invitations to interview between now and the beginning of December. Admissions decisions will be released Jan. 15, 2010.

For those of you planning to apply in Round 2, the deadline is Jan. 5, 2010. We must receive all parts of your application by that date in order for it to be evaluated in Round 2. If your application is not received in full by Jan. 5, we will review it with our Round 3 applications.

Hi..I submitted round 1 and am still waiting. Does anyone know whether the status on the application changes. Mine still states that "This application has been submitted". Does it change to complete/under review like in other schools

Ooh, that is good...there were a few people last year that got invited to the super saturday interview...it's for the super-ultra cool people that they really want to come to ross! Take a gander through last year's thread, I know some people posted about it.

Congrats to everyone invited to interview...and to those who haven't been, ross releases them throughout November, so don't fret...last year a lot of people got late interviews and were accepted.

That's a good question since I had been religiously scouring EMBARK for such signs. However, I don't see any change now that I have been invited. I think it's impossible to discern whether where your file is in the process from EMBARK.

i too have the super saturday interview invite.. got it today... however, i'm based in india... has the adcom overlooked this fact by mistake... i've mailed them though...
