I got mine just after noon ET. Earlier today (before I got the e-mail), I was looking for the times that people got theirs last Thursday, and it looked like they mostly came between 10 and 1 ET.

I am sorry but I have to disagree with you. I got mine at around 4:50pm est. I usually dont like negating people but i have to it this time otherwise people who are still waiting will go crazy hitting refresh during this time and will get demoralize if they dont see any emails by 1 ET. So guys ... it is totally RANDOM. you can get the email any time of the day. Hang in there.... Best of Luck!!!

I imagine invitations to interview can go out any time during regular business hours; granted that the sample size (consisting of people participating in this thread) is very low, but the pattern may indicate there's a bulge of invites that go out in the middle of the day.

In the end, I agree... I wouldn't stop checking e-mail after 1. Sorry if I discouraged anybody.

Its mid feb:

on Soojin's blog it says:

"R2 Interviews: interview invitations go out on a weekly basis and will continue to go out through mid-February. Given that we review applications before we send out the invites, it will take some time for us to get through all of them. We appreciate your patience."

I'm still waiting as well. Got the message on Friday the 29th requesting transcript and essays. Sent it on this Monday the 1st. I've heard both end of February and mid-February for interview invites. I tend to trust Soojin when she says mid-February because... duh.

Anyway, I think next week will be crunch time for a lot of us still waiting. Ross... give me a shot!

haha well I got the same transcripts request. I'm hoping not having transcripts delayed my app alot. hence no invite :D

1 question:
is there any one who got 'the genuine' missing application items mail from Ross (excluding the people, who were mis-communicated by embark issue) and got invited for interview?

I actually missed reporting my GMAT scores to them, but they received it many days ago.
So I am trying to judge that have they put all the actual defaulters at the last of the list? :suspect

I surely hope the answer is "YES" :-D

I just found this forum...please add me to the roll call for round 2.

I received an interview invite when they first started going out and I interviewed on campus on January 26th. AFTER I had already interviewed, I received a request for "proof of undergraduate degree awarded" on January 29th. I thought this was very odd because nowhere in the application does it say that anything other than a copy of your undergraduate transcript is necessary for U.S. applicants - and my transcript clearly shows my full name, degree awarded and date earned. After emailing another copy of my transcript, I was told that a copy of my diploma would be needed so I sent that this past week. Are they requiring a copy of diplomas for everyone?

The directions said you need to scan in your diploma for foreign degrees, not American ones. I'm a dual American/Canadian citizen so I scanned in my Canadian degree but not my American one.

It would indeed be a change in the application directions if they wanted a copy of the awarded diploma for an American school-they didn't ask me for mine.

I also got a strange request from them once I got in-my acceptance form asks for me to attach a copy of my passport so they can get going on my student visa and all my info is filled in under the "international student" boxes. Except, again, I have American citizenship and declared myself as such on the app. I have no idea why I'm being categorized as an international. I think they're confused because I was born overseas (ah, the joys of being the child of people who work for MNCs). I left a message for Ms. Kong on her voicemail because I realised the snafu just as I was about to fax in the "yes I'll be attending" form.

Had a 45 min interview with an alum today which went quite well I think.

typical questions:
- why mba
- why now
- why ross
- unique cultural experiences that you bring to ross
- example of how you dealt with an underperforming teammate
- most difficult feedback you received
- what makes you stand out amongst the numerous strong candidates ross gets?

He put me at ease straightaway and gave me positive feedback to many of my answers. Fingers crossed!

Congrats to those who got invites today! Seems as though almost everyone in this thread has gotten an invite. This means either we're all exceptional fits for Ross or Ross has been sending out a lot of invites?
