Regarding the career placement stats - the number for Duke is definitely 71% at graduation (

https://www.bus.umich.edu/EmploymentProf ... e=MBAGrads"). I can anecdotally comment on the outlook for this year's class (full-time and interns).
Full time: Most of the students I know have job offers already. The only people (that I know of) still looking are those looking at very niche, difficult to break into industries - VC and PE. Offers for consulting are up SIGNIFICANTLY this year at the top firms (for some, more than 100% increase over last year). Banking offers are pretty much the same as last year, as are CPG, Healthcare, etc. Also, most international students that I know already have a job. I would imagine there are more, but I personally know of just one international still looking. And again he is looking at something very specific which does not have a strong history of hiring MBAs - clean energy.
Internships: Internship recruiting has been great so far. Consulting looks to be stronger than last year's internship recruiting. I haven't heard too much about banking, but from what little I gathered, it looks like internationals have fared particularly well in banking this year. One outlier is tech - there are significantly more hi-tech offers this year than last year, and one firm actually increased the size of their interview schedule substantially after candidates applied, and ended up interviewing on campus twice. I'm not so sure about the other sectors. If I hear anything I'll keep you guys posted.
To summarize, from what I can see, it appears that recruiting at Ross is definitely on an upward trend. I am fairly certain that the official stats for 2011 will be better than those for the class of 2010, but how much better?
That, I'm not so sure of.

thanks for the useful info kingkreep..!! though im only WL at duke, I was also split between the 2 and wasnt able to enroll at ross confidently. ive been talking to a lot of people and many had bad reactions about international students getting internships and jobs in the US post mba....but yr post really lifted my spirits....i really look forward to being a part of ross now...the only thing that will sway me towards duke now is a "huge scholarship"..!!
anyways, im attending the GBR in Apr and hope to see you there and further discuss the ross experience. +1!!
