I can only speak for myself but I was able to see all three tabs including the preliminary decision up until probably 11pm est last night. Earlier today I was no longer able to see the view decision link so it looks like they fixed it overnight. I have gone pretty much silent since then because I was aware of the problem Kellogg had a few years ago and did not want to get overly excited about something I couldn't confirm. Still trying to look at the glass is half full and luckily the final deadline is next week.
And I definitely think that not seeing the glitch link does not count anyone out for an admit. Thinking of the numbers, it does not make any sense that more admits would not be on the way out regardless of who initially saw a preliminary decision.
Best of luck to everyone and sorry for getting this whole discussion started in the first place, needless to say my mind has been thinking of every scenario.

why do you think I chose my screenname?
It doesn't whether someone in some country saw the link, it only adds to everyone's anxiety and most likely stress too. Let's hang on for few more days and we'll know our so called "decisions".
