Hey,

So I submitted my application on 25th Sep and completed the video round on 1st October. Haven't heard back anything ! How long does it usually take to get a response?

Hey! I submitted my essay and resume on Oct 1st and Kira interview on Oct 5th. Received an interview invite yesterday. I would suspect they are sending out interview requests now.

I finished my Kira assessment earlier this week. Following are the questions I got.*

Video
1. If had to delete all apps but 3 from my phone, which ones would I keep and why?
2. Would you rather be perfect and late or good and on time?

Written
1. Write a blog post telling incoming students why you chose to appl to Rotman.


*Not exactly the same language.

Hi, does anybody intend to apply for CDL Fellowship? If so, what measures are you taking to ensure you get that? I understand we need to mention at the time of admission itself. So do we put this forward at the time of interview?

For the minimum requirements it states a mid-B average in the final year - does this mean when evaluating applicants it is the final year GPA that is considered? Or that’s just the minimum requirement and then cumulative gpa is used for evalution?

Hi Manvika94, I did. I had submitted my written essays on the 5th and video essay a few days later. Received my offer of admission last Friday. I was told during my interview that it should take max 2 weeks for them to get back to me.

Hope you are keeping safe and doing well.

I have just submitted my Rotman application and will not have to do the video essay thing. Do we have to complete that within the next 2 days as I have a sore throat and want to give it once I feel better.

Any ideas on this?

You can probably submit it later, but it will be processed later as well. The sooner you complete your video essay, the better.
