Just saw the updated timeline for the 2021 Intake.
As with last year they have an Early Round this year as well, which is a surprise, because my last interaction with an Associate Director of Admissions made me feel they were going to remove it this year.

The overall structure of the application remains the same.

Application Deadlines
Early Round: August 7, 2020 (Decision by September 4, 2020)
Round 1: October 5, 2020 (Decision by December 11, 2020)
Round 2: January 11, 2021 (Decision by March 5, 2021)
Round 3: March 8, 2021 (Decision by April 30, 2021)
Round 4: April 26, 2021 (Decision by June 4, 2021)

Seems like they do welcome reapplicants, but you need to focus on what has changed since the last application.

One help required - Is the essay for Rotman "Spike Factor" again for the class of 2023. I heard they open applications in July so will the Essay change/be updated when they open their applications

Yes! I am facing the same. It's a glitch I guess. Should be updated in a few days hopefully. But I am able to update other sections of the application.

Financial Times 2020 Open Enrolment Rankings

#1 in Canada for Open Education,

#6 in the World for Food & Accomodation,

#10 in the World for Facilities,

#12 in the World for Preparation,

#14 in the World for New Skills & Learning,

#15 in the World for Faculty,

#17 in the World for Open Enrolment

Three Canadian business schools made this year’s ranking. Western University’s Ivey Business School in London, Ont. moved up to 87th spot from 94th in 2019. The average salary of an alumnus three years after graduation is US$109,390.

McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management in Montreal slipped to 91th spot from 87th the year before. Average salary is US$104,581.

And University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management fell to 94th in the ranking, down from 85th in 2019. Average salary is US$99,360.
