Calling all St. Gallen MBF Applicants: [2020 Intake]

Welcome all St. Gallen MBF of 2022 hopefuls.

Has anyone received a decision yet? I applied a week ago and my application is still being processed. Looking back at the previous years on this forum, I saw that most applicants get the decision in a week or two when applying in April for some reason.

Thank you! It might be that they have answered in the compass mailbox. I got the admission letter there, but the status is still "Application received - being processed" on the status overview page.

How long did it take for the university to check (green ball) all of your uploaded documents?

They have already checked the majority of my documents in a week, but a bunch of them (photo, Language certification, and supporting documents) still have the yellow ball, and they have been the only unchecked ones for at least one week now, so I was wondering whether it is normal or not before asking them by email.

hmm that's weird. They checked all my documents within one day or so. Maybe they received a lot of applications right before the deadline?

Same for me. They checked all my documents except ID and residence on the first day. They are still "being processed". (I applied 18th April)

For me the same for SIM, but i was told it's just an error and the application has been forwarded to the admission committee.

Have you checked the compass mailbox?

From the moment applications, submitted at the same time as yours, received an answer, maybe yours is not convincing enough and it will be reviewed after the others, before you'll be given a definitive answer. Or maybe if someone is rejected, he will just not receive an answer.

I have a feeling that quite a few people applied days before the deadline. Furthermore, many people did not take the GMAT exam, since it was allowed to apply without it. The admission committee is probably struggling to make decisions without the GMAT scores.
